Based On These Responses, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“Authority”) Intends To Select, In Accordance With The Terms Of This Rfpq, A Short-List Of Respondents Will Be Invited To Participate In The Next Stage Of The Construction Tender Process.This Rfpq Is Not A Tender, An Offer, Or A Request For Proposals, And There Is No Intention By The Authority To Make An Offer By Issuing This Rfpq.
