The Scope Of Work Includes:- Redesign Of The Site To Meet Recreation Sites And Trails Bc (Rstbc) Standards- Construction Of Access Roads And Campsites- Supply And Installation Of Three (3) Universal Sealed Vault Pit Toilets- Supply And Installation Of Eight (8) Picnic Tables- Supply And Installation Of Eight (8) Fire Rings- Supply And Installation Of Boulders For Site Delineation And Safety- Supply And Installation Of Surfacing On 3,000 Feet Of Road And Eight (8) Campsite Pads- Engagement Of A Site Heritage Cultural Monitor To Ensure Cultural And Archaeological Values Are Respected During Constructionthis Work Is Essential To Enhance Public Recreation Infrastructure While Ensuring Compliance With Environmental And Cultural Stewardship Standards.The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is $275,000 Cad, Excluding Applicable Taxes.The Proposed Contract Will Be For A Term Of 3 Months, Commencing On August 15, 2025, And Ending On October 31, 2025, With An Option To Extend For Up To March 31, 2026.
