Lot # 3: Replacement Of Iron Joinery With New Pvc Windows Of The Gym Of College - Dobrich. The Construction And Repair Works (Cpp) Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification For Op No. 3. The Place Of Performance Of The Cpr Is The Building Of The College-Dobrich, With The Address: Dobrich, Zh.K. Dobrotitsa No. 12. The Construction And Repair Activities Intended For Implementation Do Not Constitute A Construction Within The Meaning Of § 5, Item 38 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Spatial Planning Act (Territorial Development Act). No Building Permit Has Been Issued For The Site And There Will Be No Required One, As It Is Envisaged To Carry Out Ongoing Repair Activities, In Accordance With Art. 151, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Connection With The Et §5, Item 43 Of The Spatial Planning Act. For Each Of The Lots, The Contracting Authority Provides An Advance Payment Of 30% Of The Value Of The Concluded Contract With Vat. The Final Payment Shall Be Made After The Acceptance Of The Assigned Work, Without Remarks, On The Basis Of The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol Prepared By The Respective Contractor For The Actual Construction Works.
