Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 266, As Amended) The Amount Of Acquired Electricity Will Be Settled According To The Actual Consumption Of This Energy By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Settlement Placed By The Contractor. The Order Does Not Include The Electricity Distribution Services. A Contract For The Electricity Distribution Service Concluded For An Indefinite Period. The Operator Of The Distribution System Is: Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch. The Landlord Is Settled For The Provided Electricity Distribution Service In The B23 Tariff Group In One-Month Billing Periods. The Zamawier Has The Energia And Gaz Sp. Z O.O. Agreement For The Sale Of Electricity, Whose Date Expires 31.12.2025. Note: It Will Also Be The Contractors Obligation To Notify The Distribution System Operator To Perform The Contract For The Sale Of Electricity To Which The Employer Is A Party. The Landlord Will Provide The Contractor With The Necessary Information And Documents, Including Relevant Proxies Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller Of Electricity.
