The Scope Of Work Covered By The Contract Is, Among Others :- Modernization Of Central Heating Installations, Consisting In The Replacement Of A Heat Source For Pellets, Wire Insulation, Steel Plate Heaters Equipped With Thermostatic Valves. Outer And Polystyrene (With A Heat Conduction Coefficient Λ = 0.036 W/(M K)), At Least 5 Cm Thick,- Ceiling Insulation At The Unheated Attic Of Mineral Wool (With A Heat Conduction Coefficient Λ = 0.035 W/(M K)), At Least 14 Cm Thick,- Window Stations With A Piercing Ratio U = 1.6 [W/M2k] For A New One With A Penetration Coefficient U = 0.9 [W/M2k],- Replacement Of The Door Joinery With An Interpenetration Factor U = 2.5 [W/M2k] For A New One With An Interpenetration Coefficient U = 1.3 [W/M2k],- Modernization Of Interior Lighting Installation- Assembly Of 10 Kw Photovoltaic Panels With A Capacity Of 5 Kw With A Capacity Of 5 Kwh Replacement Works, I.E. Flashing, Band Around The Building, Dehydration, Are Due. In The Case Of Electrics Related To Electrics, Costs Related To The Modernization Of The Internal Electrical Installation.
