1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Transport Service, Consisting In Transport (Delivery And A Manner) Of Children And Students To Educational Institutions In The Commune Of Lubomierz In The 2025/2026 School Year Until 26.06.2026. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Have Buses In The Event Of A Change In Timetable (Delivery) Plans. Any Organizational Arrangements Regarding The Import And Deed Of Children, Students And The Schedule Of Courses Will Be Determined After Approval Of The School Plan By School Heads. The Transport Of Children, Students And Their Guardians Will Take Place On All Days Of Teaching, On Examinations Of Exams And Tests, And During Care And Educational Classes On The Routes - Delivery And Department. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Monthly Services And Passages, According To The Schedule Of Courses For The Following Number Of Students In 2025/2026:- On The Route 4-6 Km- 90 Students,- On The Route 7-9 Km Long- 43 Students,- On The Route 10-12 Km- 51 Students,- On The Route 13-15 Km- 31 Students. Educational: School Complex In Lubomierz (Lubomierz) According To The Routes: 1) Passie - Janice - Zalesie - Wojciechów - Milcice - Lubomierz2) Hops - Lubomierz3) Norówwnik - Maciejowiec - Wojciechów - Lubomierz4) Oleszna Podgórska - Lubomierz5) Radoni - Lubomierz6) Young People To The Educational Institution: School Complex In Lubomierz (Branch In Wojciechów) According To Routes: 1) Janice - Wojciechów, 2) Radoniów - Lubomierz - Wojciechów, C) Delivery Of Children And Youth To The Educational Institution: Primary School In Pławna According To Routes: 1) Wojciechów- Golejów - Pławna Dolna - Pławna (School) 2) Górna - Pławna (School), 3. The Number Of Students Referred To In Paragraph 2 Is The Amount Estimated To Specify The Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Basis For Settlement Will Be The Gross Value Of The Monthly Ticket. The Employer Informs That The Number Of People On Individual Routes Will Fluctuate Depending On The Number Of People Using Travel.
