1) The Subject Of The Contract Is To Act On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority As A Multi-Branch Investor Supervision Inspector Over Construction Works, In Specialties: Structural And Construction-Coordinator Of The Team And Installation In The Field Of Electrical Installations And Equipment, During The Implementation By The Contractor Of Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled Understanding At Primary School No. 386 At Ul. Grenady 16 2) Persons Performing Supervision In Individual Specialties Will Be Required To Presence In The Premises Of Construction Works At Least Four Times A Month And As Needed. 3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Supervise Construction Works, Whose Detailed Scope Is Determined By Nw. Design Documentation: A) Situational Plan, B) Architectural And Construction Design, C) Technical Design For The Smoke Removal Installation Of Staircases, D) Technical Design Of Supporting Structures For Smoke Flaps, E) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Tasks Are Provided For Works, In Particular: A) Staircase Equipment With Smoke Removal Devices, B) Performing New Fire -Fighting Low -Current Installations, C) Installation Of Smoke Sensors With Smoke Control Control Panel, D) Performing Staircase Housing, E) Installation Of Internal Doors Pp Agreements, Hereinafter Also Called The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.6) Additional Information About The Facility: The Building Is Located On Registration Plot No. 8 From The Geodetic Area 0310. Introduction To The Plot From The South, From Grenady Street In Warsaw. Budynek Is Covered By Conservation Protection. 7) Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order. Division Of The Order Related To Supervision Services Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. This Procedure Applies To One Of The Abovementioned Parts Of The Order. 8) In Accordance With The Content Of § 3 Para. 7 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Policy For His Business On The Sum Of Insurance Not Less Than Pln 300,000.00 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 9) The Contracting Authority Informs That He Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 15,922.69 To Finance The Awarded Order. 10) Subcontractors: All Regulations And Requirements For Subcontracting, The Contracting Authority Concluded In The Template Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.
