Tenders Are Invited For Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From The Inter -Municipal Union Municipal Economy

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service: Security For Transport, Loading, Transport And Utilization Of Waste And Products Containing Asbestos (Hereinafter Referred To As Asbestos) From The Area Of Municipalities Belonging To The Inter -Municipal Union Municipal Economy (Hereinafter Referred To As Zmgk). The Service Applies To Asbestos Waste Already Removed From The Roofing, From Real Estate, Which Is Owned By Natural Persons. The Operation Is Co-Financed From Wfośigw In Olsztyn As Part Of The Task Entitled: Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products From The Communes Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. 2. Asbestos Waste Will Be Removed From The Area Of The Municipality Of The City Of Ełk, The Commune Of Ełk, The Municipalities Of Prostki, The Municipalities Of Stare Juchy, The Municipalities Of Dubeninki, The Commune Of Olecko And The Świętajno - Estimated Commune 1,183.9 Mg. Annex 3 To Swz Defines The Estimated List Of The Amount Of Property And The Amount Of Asbestos Waste To Remove In Individual Municipalities. 3. The Contracting Authority Up To 21 Days After Signing The Contract Shall Transfer The Updated List Of Real Estate Specifying The Location Of The Property, With Contact Details To The Property Owners Who Signed The Contract With Zmgk To Perform The Service Indicated In Para. 1.4. The Actual Amount Of Asbestos Waste Collected And Subjects Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Asbestos Waste Transfer Cards Received From The Contractor. This Quantity Must Be Confirmed By Protocols Of Receiving The Actual Amount Of Asbestos Waste Collected, Confirmed By Property Owners Or A Representative Of The Zmgk Indicated In § 12 Para. 4 Of The Contract. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Landfill Fee Incurred By The Contractor For The Asbestos Supplied And Deposited In Landfills Intended For Their Disposal. 6. The Contractor Will Pay Administrative Fees At His Own Expense, Including E.G. Fees For Seizing The Road Lane And All Other Fees Required For The Purpose Of Performing The Contract. 7. The Security Day For Transport And Loading Of Asbestos Waste Must Be Determined Each Time By The Contractor With The Owner Of The Property. 8. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) To Develop And Submit To The Contracting Authority Of The Work Schedule In Consultation With The Owners Of The Property, Before Starting Works; B) On The Property, Before Transport, Adequate Security Of Asbestos Waste In Accordance With The Law; C) Weighing Asbestos Waste Using Its Own Devices Directly On Each Property Before Their Transport. Weighing Asbestos Waste Collected Should Take Place In The Presence Of The Owner Of The Property. In The Absence Of The Owner Of The Property, The Contractor Will Take A Photo Of The Prepared Waste For Transport And A Photo Of Indicating Its Weight. These Photos Should Be Sent To The Indicated In The Contract In § 12 Para. 4 Telephone Number, Immediately After They Are Made With The Address Of The Property; D) Drawing Up A
