4.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract4.2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Car Such As: A Minimum Bus Of 18 Local, Specially Adapted For The Transport Of Disabled People, Including In A Wheelchair, For The Needs Of The Environmental Self -Help House In Żonice. The Car Must Be A Brand New Vehicle Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 10 Lit. And The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services, Produced In 2025, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Meeting The Conditions For Admission To Road Traffic, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contracting Authority Requires The Delivery Of A Car With Full Fuel And Operating Fluids. Certificate Of Approval As A Passenger Car Intended For The Transport Of Disabled People, Including In Wheelchairs, Issued By A Statutory Authority And Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). The Car Should Be Able To Install A Minimum Of 1 Stand On A Wheelchair - Rails For Entry Of Prams Plus Belts. The Position Should Be Equipped With Belts And Other Elements Enabling Safe Transport Of A Person In A Wheelchair. Marking Of The Vehicle With Symbols In Accordance With The Required Legal Provisions. The Ease Must Meet The Requirements Of The Euro 6 Standard In The Field Of Exhaust Emissions And Energy Consumption. The Emergency Must Have In Polish, Among Others User Manual, Passenger Security Instructions On A Wheelchair, Service And Warranty Book, Current Approval Certificate, Technical Tests, Tachograph And Approvals For Devices Confirming The Adaptation To The Transport Of Disabled People And Other Necessary Documents Required By Law. The Removal Requires That The Delivered Car Has Complete Documentation Of The Vehicle Necessary For Its Registration And Operation. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Dobra Commune To The Place Indicated By The Employer. The Gathering Technical, Qualitative, Basic Equipment And Additional Car Required By The Contracting Authority (Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Minimal Requirements.
