The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Audiovisual Equipment To Carry Out Comprehensive Modernization Of The Existing Conference System. The Elements Of The System Are Located At The Silesian Museum In Katowice (Main Building, Level P-4) At Ul. T. Dobrowolskiego 1, In Katowice, In Two Conference Rooms (Marked As H And I) And In The Adjacent Technical Room. Modernization Will Be Carried Out Using Both Equipment Already In Possession Of The Contracting Authority And New Devices Supplied By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Supply And Configuration Of New Equipment And System Elements; 2) Implementation Of Installation Works In Accordance With The Functional Concept Presented By The Functional Concept Ordering Party; 3) Ensuring Full Implementation Of All The Functionalities Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments. The Thin -Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Includes Annex 1 To Swz. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 2 To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract Within 90 Days From The Date Of The Contract. Due To The Need To Turn Off The H And I Rooms From Use During Assembly, The Contractor Will Install The Supplied Equipment Once, For A Period Not Longer Than 2 Weeks. The Assembly Date Will Be Set With The Ordering Party No Later Than 14 Days Before The Planned Date Of Its Start. The Planned Date Of Providing Rooms For Installation Is The Period From 26/11/2025 To 10/12/2025. This Deadline May Change, Provided That The Final Contract Referred To In The First Sentence Is Maintained.
