Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work In The Design And Build System Consisting Of: 1) Developing Project Documentation Of The Small Architecture Industry (Playground) Together With The Building Permit Or Submitting A Application Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit And With The Transfer Of Proprietary Property Rights In The Scope And On The Principles Set Out In The Provisions Of The Contract, With The Right To Exercise And Permission Dependent For Project Documentation In The Scope And On The Principles Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Of Cd/Dvds, On Which The Project Documentation Was Recorded; 2) Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Having A Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit Together With The Development Of As -Built Documentation, Including The Transfer Of Original Property Rights To The Scope And On The Principles Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, With The Right To Exercise And Perceive The Exercise Of Proprietary Rights To The Indicated Of The Indicated As -Built Documentation In The Scope And On The Principles Set Out In The Provisions Of The Contract, Including Properties Of Copies And Cd/Dvd Carriers, On Which As -Built Documentation Was Recorded. 3) After All Works - The Inspection (Hereinafter Referred To As Certification) By An Independent, Specialized, External Control Unit, Which Was Not Directly Involved In The Installation Of Devices And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work. The Contracting Authority Requires The Granting Of Min. 36 Months Of Warranty For Defects And Quality Guarantees For All Construction Works And Assembly Of Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Agreement. Detachable Information On The Warranty And Warranty Is Included In Annex 4 - Designed Contract Provisions. 5.
