The Contractors Duties Include:- Providing The Contracting Authority With The Cost Estimate (Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract);- Delivery Of Protocols From Electrical Measurements;- After Completing The Works, Reproducing The Surface In Places Of Works;- Restoration Of Pavement From Concrete Slabs And The Surface Of The Conventions;- Taking Over The Area Works From The Ordering Party;- Security And Fencing Of The Works Area;- Locating And Preparing The Facilities Of The Construction Site According To Your Needs And At Its Own Expense;- Providing A Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With Art. 21A Of The Construction Law;- Providing A Declaration Of The Works Manager On Undertaking Obligations Together With A Set Of Rights Required By Law And Certificates; - Ensuring The Supervision Of Property At Your Own Expense;- Assurance At Your Own Cost Of Consumption Of Electricity And Water; - Incurring Full Responsibility For The Use And Safety Of All Activities Carried Out In And Outside The Works, And Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of Construction, Also In The Case Of Third Parties;- Ordering The Construction Site After Completion Of Works, Construction Facilities And Neighboring Areas Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including The Renovation Or Damaged By The Works Of Objects, Roads Or Their Fragments. Or Installation; - Immediate Informing The Ordering Party About Technical Problems And Circumstances That May Affect The Quality Of Works Or The Deadline For Completing Works;- Providing The Contracting Authority With All Documents Necessary For The Investment To Settle The Investment,- Perform A Geodetic As-Built Inventory (3 Copies),- Preparation Of Receiving Documentation.
