The Subject Of The Order Will Therefore Be Carried Out In The Design-Budy System. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Functional And Utility Program, Which Is An Attachment To Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Ordering Party To The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. For The Design Works Performed, Construction Works And The Construction Materials Used, Equipment And Equipment Elements Calculated From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Acceptance Of Construction Works 24 -Month Warranty And Warranty, Calculated From The Day Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period, Which Will Be Evaluated As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. 3.
