Along With The Offer, The Contractor Will Provide Catalog Cards Of Supplied Play Equipment (Fish-Shaped Playing, Rotary Bucket, Boat), Material Approval Cards, Appropriately Confirmed By The Manufacturer Together With The Declaration Of Compliance Issued And Signed By The Manufacturer, Including The Compliance With Pn En 1176 And Pn En 71-3 (By Certifying Units). Note! 1) The Unit Assessing Compliance Is Understood As A Unit Performing Actions In The Field Of Conformity Assessment, Including Calibration, Tests, Certification And Control, Accredited In Accordance With The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Ec) No 765/2008 Of July 9, 2008 Establishing Requirements In The Scope Of Accreditation And Market Supervision Relating To The Conditions Of Introducing Products To Trading And Repealing Products Regulation (Eec) No 339/93 (Journal Of Laws Of The Eu L 218 Of 13.08.2008, P. 30); 2) The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Assessment Units; 3) The Ordering Party Accepts The Relevant Evidence In Question, Others Indicated In Point 1, In Particular The Technical Documentation Of The Manufacturer, If The Contractor Is Not Available Or Access To Certificates Reports On The Research Referred To In Para. 1 And 3, Or The Possibility Of Obtaining Them Within A Timely Time, Provided That The Lack Of Access Cannot Be Assigned To A Given Contractor, And Provided That The Contractor Proves That He Performs Construction Works, Deliveries Or Services Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or The Requirements Related To The Assessment Of Offers, Or Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract. On The Basis Of Art. 107 Paragraph2 Of The Pzp, In A Situation Where The Contractor Who Has Not Submitted The Means Of Evidence In Question Or The Submitted Means Of Evidence Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Call For Their Submission Or Supplementing Them Within The Prescribed Period.
