The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Workshop Equipment - Workshop Tables. In Quantity And Quality In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 1A To Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Goods At Unit Prices Given In The Offer Price Calculation Referred To Above. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To The Place Indicated By The Employer By Own Transport. Delivery Costs, In Particular The Loading And Unloading Of The Goods Are Charged To The Contractor. Until The Receipt Of The Goods By The Ordering Party, The Risk Of All Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Borne By The Contractor. The Integrated Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Also The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 4 To Swz).
