Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Devices And Software As Part Of The Cyber Service Local Government Competition Implemented By The Babice Commune, Including The Supply Of 3 Server Pieces In The Tower Housing

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Devices And Software As Part Of The Digital Commune Grant Competition Implemented By The Babice Commune, Including The Supply Of 3 Server Pieces In The Tower Housing 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery Of Packed Order Elements To The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Delivery Dates With The Ordering Party, In The Place Indicated By Him, Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Office. The Subject Of The Contract And The Required Technical Parameters (Properties) Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Attached As Annex 1 To Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Is An Undivided Whole. In Particular, With Due Diligence, Security, Good Quality, Proper Organization And Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Achieve The Quality And Functionality Specified In Swz, Not The Purchase Of Materials Or Devices Of A Specific Brand Or Manufacturer. For These Reasons, The Employer Has Made Due Diligence So That The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That In Any Place Swz And Attachments To Swz There Are Such Indications, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only In Terms Of Information Indications (Not Binding On Contractors). The Contractor Citing Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Show That He Meets The Requirements Of The Employer, According To The Criteria Described, At The Stage Of Submitting Offers. In This Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A List Of A Solution (Equivalent) Along With Its Description - Annex 3 To Swz - Technical Specification (Minimum Requirements). The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor, Who Refers To The Solutions Equivalent To The Documents Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question (Relevant Documents Crediting These Products), Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Pzp, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
