Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For Points With Renewable Energy Installations For The Needs Of The Wydłowice Commune And Its Organizational Units
The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For Points With Renewable Energy Installations For The Needs Of The Wydłowice Commune And Its Organizational Units For Facilities Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Executive Provisions Issued On Their Basis. Gigina Drzegłowice And Its Organizational Units Will Include Separate Contracts Resulting From These Proceedings For The Award Of Public Procurement In Basic Procedure Without Negotiations. Detailed Information On All Collection Points Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. It Will Be The Obligation Of The Selected Contractor To Notify The Indicated Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of Comprehensive Electricity Supply Contracts Concluded With The Contractor For The Recipient Who Is A Prosumer, Including The Sale And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. To Perform The Above Actions The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Annex No. 5.1 To Swz). The Landlord, Works On Behalf Of His Own And The Complex Of Educational Institutions In Główowice. Establishment - Purchase And Distribution Of Electricity To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To Swz Estimated Electricity Demand In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2027 Is 633 300 Kwh. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Electricity Ordered. The Operator Of The Distribution System Is Pge Dystrybucja S.A.- Skarżysko-Kamienna.
