The Scope Of The Contract Includes: As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Monthly Tickets For Authorized Students To Use The Delivery And Transfer Service. The Number Of Monthly Tickets Purchased During The 2025/2026 School Year May Change. In The Event Of A Reduction Or Increase In The Number Of Students Transported/Lodged In A Given Month By The Contractor, The Total Monthly Salary Of The Contractor Will Be Reduced Or Increased Accordingly. The Monthly Ticket Is A Name Ticket And A Person Whose Name Appears On The Ticket May Be Used. In The Event Of An Inspection, It Is Required To Provide A Document Confirming The Identity Of The Ticket Holder. A Monthly Ticket Is Valid For One Month, I.E. From The First To The Last Day Of A Given Month. All Statutory Discount For Car Communication Applies To Monthly Tickets. During The Winter Holidays, Monthly Ticket Prices Will Be Reduced By 50%. The Contractor Undertakes To Transport Students To The School In Accordance With The List Constituting Annex 10 To Swz. The Employer Will Pay Only For The Service On The Routes Included In The List, No Additional Fees For Commuting To The Place Of Service Are Provided. The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include Travel Of The Bus Intended For The Performance Of The Service From The Contractors Base To The Place Of Performance Of The Service. The Contractor Should Bring Students To Classes Not Earlier Than 30 Minutes Before They Start And Not Later Than 5 Minutes Before They Start. The Contractor Will Determine The Determination Of Hours Of Delivery And Transport With School Heads. In The Event Of A Work Of School Classes On Another Day Off From Classes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Transport In Accordance With The Schedule Set As At The Date Of The Classes. Students Journeys Should Be Provided On The Days Provided For The Organization Of The Kindergarten And School In The 2025/2026 School Year, From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From September 1, 2025 To 26 June 2026, Excluding Winter And Spring Holidays And Breaks In Science Resulting From The Calendar Of The School Year 2025/2026 In Terms Of Delivery And Transmission Of Students (Not For The Child ( Pre -School, Which Takes Place From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026, Excluding The Summer Break). The Order Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Using Buses In The Amount Of 2 Items Owned By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Vehicles In The Number Of Places Necessary To Perform The Task, Fully Functional Technically In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Technical And Insurance Policy. During The Period Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Full Efficiency Of Vehicles, Ensure Compliance With Safety Requirements (In Accordance With Applicable Law), Ensure Having Current Technical Examinations Of Vehicles (If The Examination Date Falls During The Period Of The Contract) And The Insurance Policy (If The Date Of T
