1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Gastronomy Workshop For The School Complex K.K. Baczyński In Dąbrowa Tarnowska. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Was Included In Annex 6 Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Brand New, Does Not Have Any Signs Of Use And Should Not Be The Subject Of Third Party Rights And That All Materials Used To Produce The Subject Of The Contract Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates Allowing For Use In Educational Institutions, Which The Contractor Will Provide Together With The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Offered Equipment And Devices Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Law, As Well As Meet The Required Standards And Standards, In Particular In The Field Of Security And Operation. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Transport, Unload And Bring The Order In The Place Indicated By The Employer. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Delivered Along With Full Documentation Necessary For Their Use, I.E. In Particular With The Declaration Of Compliance With Ce, Warranty Conditions, User Manual And Maintenance In Polish, As Well As All Accessories Constituting A Sales Set. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires A Guarantee Of Quality For The Supplied Equipment And Devices For A Period Of Min. 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations. 8. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Subject Of The Contract In Full And The Materials Used.
