1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Water Rescue Services. 2. Common Dictionary Of Order Cpv: Main Subject: 75252000-7 (Rescue Services) 3. Performance Of Water Rescue Services In Accordance With The Scope Of Obligations Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contractual Manner Of Annex 5 To Swz Will Take Place In The Main Basin Or Aqua Park Of An Indoor Swimming Pool In Awf Warsaw, A Branch In Biała Podlaska, Ul. Akademicka 2, In Accordance With The Applications And The Conditions Set Out In The Law, In Particular The Act Of 18 August 2011, The Security Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended), 4. The Contracting Authority Intends To Employ 2 Water Rescuers. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Parties. Economic Entities And Natural Persons Can Apply For The Order. The Contractor Who Is A Natural Person Can Submit An Offer For Only One Part Of The Order. The Offer Must Include The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order For A Given Part.
