The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Seat Of The Ordering Party, New, Complete, Unused, Free From Physical Defects And Ready To Work In Accordance With The Purpose Of Computer Equipment With Software And Printers. 2. The Order Includes The Delivery: A) Desktop Computer A - 10 Pcs, B) Desktop Computer B - 7 Pcs, C) Computer For Operating The Queue System - 3 Pcs, D) Portable Computer - 3 Pcs, E) Lcd Monitor To The Workstation - 19 Pcs., F) Monochrome Printer A4 - 3 Pcs. 3. The Devices Offered And Delivered Must Meet All Technical Requirements And Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. The Order Will Also Include: Transport, Unloading, Bringing The Rooms Indicated By The Employer And Insurance Of The Subject Of Delivery. 4. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. 5. Deliveries Must Include All Items Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Offered As Part Of The Task Must Be Covered By A Minimum Guarantee Of 36 Months. The Warranty Is A Criterion For Assessing Offers In The Manner Specified In Point 21.2. Point 2 Swz. The Contractor Will Specify The Final Length Of The Warranty In The Offer Form Point 2 Item 1. The Warranty Period Applies To The Entire Subject Of The Contract Described In Partial Task No. 1.
