Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services Of Patients Of The 6Th Military Hospital With The Spzoz Clinic In Dęblin Type C Ambulance With A Specialist Team To Other Units Providing Medical Services For Further Treatment Or Testing Or Consulting Or Transporting Patients Home, According To The Needs Of The Employer In 4,000 Km And 100 Hours. This Service Must Be Available 24 Hours A Day 7 Days A Week, At Each Call Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Not Use The Contracted Full Number Of Hours And Kilometers. In This Case, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To A Claim For Compensation For Damage Caused By This Reduction. Such A Reduction May Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Demand A Change In The Terms Of The Contract, Including In Terms Of Price. 3. Used Sanitary Transport Must Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022, As Amended) And The Requirements Described In The Act Of 15 April 2011 On Medical Activities (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Pos Transport Means Must Have The Applicable Oc Insurance Package, Nw. The Year Of Vehicle Production Is Not Earlier Than 2014. 4. Persons Performing The Service Must Have Appropriate Permissions And Professional Qualifications. 5. As Part Of The Sanitary Transport Service With A C -Amber Ambulance With A Specialist Team Within The Meaning Of Art. 36 Para. 1 Point 1) Of The Act Of 8 September 2006 On The State Emergency Medical Service (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 91), The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Patient Receipt For Transport In The Hospital Emergency Room, And In Emergency Situations Arising From Medical Indications In The Hospital Department Room; - Supervising The Patient From The Moment Of Transfer To Transport; - Examining The Patients Protection, Resuscitation And Appropriate Implementation Of Treatment Depending On The Patients Condition And The Patients Transport To The Indicated Hospital; - Transporting The Patient To The Place Indicated In The Order, And In A State Of Danger To Life To The Closest In Terms Of The Time Of Reaching The Hospital Emergency Department. 6. Sanitary Transport Carried Out At The Request Of The Employer Will Take Place Using Wireless Communication Means, Enabling Direct, Continuous Contact With The Driver. The Measures Used Should Be Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 7. The Contractor Provides Substantive Supervision Of The Proper Functioning Of The Team And Maintaining Medical Secrets, The Implementation Of The Commissioned Transport Along The Shortest Route, As Soon As Possible And Compliance With Internal Regulations Of The Employer. 8. During The Provision Of The Transport Service, The Contractor Shall Bear Full Civil Liability For Transport Damages, For The Entrusted Pa
