1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Reconstruction Of The Existing Hardening Of The Area, Construction Of Communication Routes, Pavements And Parking Spaces, Fences And Assembly Of Barriers, As Part Of The Task Entitled ,, Improving Safety And Functioning In The External Areas Of Real Estate At Ul. Widowska 1 In Bielsk Podlaski In The Part Dedicated, Among Others Voivodship Road Traffic Center, Poviat Road Administration And Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center , In Accordance With: 1) Project - Annex 9 To Swz; 2) A Preliminary Work - Annex 10 To Swz; 3) Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 11 To Swz. 2. The Contractor Will Meet The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In Application, Standards And Building Art. Technical, Operational And Utility Parameters No Worse Than Those Given Under The Term Type. Construction Robots Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Allows The Object To Function Properly In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Entry And Exit To The Office For Employees And Customers.
