The Contracting Authority Requires That The Object In Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out, In Each Part, To Be Located Outside The Administrative Borders Of Warsaw, But Not More Than 50 Km From The Administrative Border Of Warsaw. The Distance Measurement During The Evaluation Of Offers Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Shortest Route Designated For The Car (Passenger) Using The Portal Https://Www.Gogle.Pl/Maps/. In The Event Of Exceeding This Distance, The Employer Will Reject The Offer As Incompatible With The Order Documents. 3. The Facility Indicated In The Offer, In Which The Subject Of The Contract In Each Part Will Be Carried Out, Must Meet The Standards Of Facilities With A Category Of At Least Four -Star (****), In Accordance With The Act Of 29 August 1997 On Hotel Services, Services Of Tourist Pilots And Tourist Guides (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1944) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166). 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Services Within One Building Complex (Rooms, Reception, Room And Places Designated For A Gastronomic Service Must Constitute Part Of One Object - One Building Or Buildings Connected By Connectors).
