The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes:- Tool Milling Machine With Accessories- 1 Item,- Universal Lathe With Accessories- 1 Item,- Instrumentation And Tools For A Lathe And Universal Milling Machine (Set No. 1)- 1 Set,- Instrumentation And Tools For The Lathe And Universal Milling Machine (Set No. 2)- 1 Set,- Grinder For Planes- 1 Pcs. With Different Geometry With Instrumentation- 1 Item,- Tape Cutter For Metal- 1 Item,- Locksmith Stand With Instrumentation, Table Drill For The Cnc Machine Tool- 1 Item,- Locksmith Stand With Instrumentation. Table Drill For The Cnc Modeling Laboratory - 3 Pcs, - Screw Compressor - 1 Item - Materials For Technological Tests For Modeling Studio - 1 Set. 4.3. Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, I.E. School Complex No. 1 In Kłobuck, Ul. Zamkowa 6, 42-100 Kłobuck, In The Scope And Quantities Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, 2) The Equipment And Software Supplied Must Be Factory New, Unused, Undamaged And Non-Consumer Exhibition Or Consumer Phrases And Not Burdened With The Rights Of Third Parties, 3) The Equipment Supplied Must Be Produced Not Earlier Than In The Year Of Delivery, 4). Come From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer, 5) The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of The Equipment As Required To Prevent It From Damaging Or Deteriorating Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery, 6) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In Particular Security Signs, 7) The Contractor Will Issue The Ordering Manual For The Equipment Of Equipment In Polish Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Web Addresses At Which They Can Be Downloaded, 8) Delivery Must Include All The Elements Necessary To Start And Use The Equipment For Its Intended Purpose, Including: Power Cables, Handles, Mounting Keys, Covers, Handles, Safety Switches, Basic Accessories. 4.4.
