Pioneers In Lębork With A Rainwater Sewage System And Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision. 2. The Scope Of The Order Has Been Indicated In Annex 11 To Swz And Will Include: 2.1. Designing The Road At: 2.1.1. Road Width - 6.0 M; 2.1.2. Traffic Category Taking Into Account The Traffic Of Truck; 2.1.3. In Accordance With The Local Plan (Resolution Xlviii-505/2001 Of 2001-08-31) .2.2. Designing A Rainwater Sewage System With Rainfores Under The Designed Road; 2.3. Execution Of An Inventory Of An Existing Road And An Existing Stand; 2.4. Obtaining A Situational And Altitude Map For Design Purposes (A Copy Should Be Transferred To The Ordering Party); 2.5. Development Of The Concept Of A Road Design Solution; 2.6. The Implementation Of A Multi -Branch Construction Project Covering The Scope Referred To In Art. 34 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law; 2.7. Multi -Branch Performance: Executive Design, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiors, And Information On Safety And Health Protection To The Extent In Accordance With The Content Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021. On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As The Functional And Utility Program; 2.8. Performing Projects For Removing Collisions With Existing Networks Along With Obtaining Technical Conditions (The Location Of Existing Utilities Networks Was Shown On Maps Constituting Annex 10 To Swz); 2.9. Execution Of A Temporary Traffic Organization On Construction Time; 2.10. Execution Of The Target Traffic Organization Project Along With Its Approval By The Competent Authority; 2.11. Development Of Investor Cost Estimates (For Each Industry); 2.12. Obtaining A Permit For Clipping Trees With A Designed Undertaking, If Necessary; 2.13. Development Of Geotechnical Documentation And Taking Into Account The Conclusions From The Conducted Research In The Design And Science Documentation; 2.14. Development Of Environmental, Water-Legal Documentation, Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions/Permits (If Required, And If Any Of The Decisions/Permits Will Impose The Obligation To Perform Additional Activities/Devices, They Should Be Taken Into Account In The Performed Design And Cost Documentation); 2.15. You Should Obtain Decisions, Opinions, Checks, Conditions For Agreement And Approval Of Project Documentation Required By Law, Including Those Resulting From Environmental Protection, Agreeing With The Employer, Agreeing The Project With Network Gestors And Other Required To Obtain A Building Permit; 2.16. Development Of Answers To Any Questions Of Contractors At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure For Works Covered By Documentation Being The Subject Of This Contract, Without A Separate C
