1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Installation Of A Freight Crane (Freight Platform) In The Existing Glass In The Zus Branch Building In Nowy Sącz, Ul. Sienkiewicza 77.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All The Activities Necessary For The Delivery And Assembly Of The Lift, Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex 1 To The Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Opz) 3. The Subject Of The Order, Including All Its Components: 1) Are To Be Factory -New, Unused, Complete And Efficient Made In Accordance With Industry Standards, Wholesome; 2) Have Relevant Certificates And Approvals Allowing Them To Be Used, In Accordance With Polish Law And The Law Of The European Union; 3) Are Free From Any Defects, Including Legal Defects, They Do Not Have Any Third Party Laws Proceedings, And It Is Not The Subject Of Any Security, 4) Are Consistent, Equivalent (Or With Higher Technical Parameters) With The Requirements Of The Employer, Specified In Opz
