The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Transport Service Of Approximately 23 Disabled Students In The Śrem Commune Along With Providing Care During Travel To The Following Educational Institutions: A. Special School Complex In Śrem, Ul. J. Piłsudskiego 15 - 19 Students Inhabited In The Following Cities: Psarskie, Zbruzewo Osiedle, Pysząca, Nochowo, Dalewo, Mórka, Town Of Śrem Ul. Komorowski, Modrzewski, Roweckiego, Chłapowski, Żurawy, Polish Army; Special School Complex In Kościan, Ul. M. Konopnicka 1 - 3 Students Inhabited In The Towns Of Płczyn, Town Of Śrem Ul. Crane, Staszica; C. Primary School No. 5 In Śrem, Ul. D. Chłapowskiego 12A - 1 Student Residing In Śrem, Ul. Wiejska. 2. The Order Includes The Transport Of Disabled Students With Specialist Car Rolling Stock For A Period Of 10 Months - From September 1, 2025 To 26 June 2026. Excluding Holidays And School Holidays, Public Holidays, Holidays Established By Decisions Of Directors Of Educational Institutions And Days On Which The Functioning Of Educational Institutions Will Be Limited For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority.
