1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Along With Assembly And Launch: A. Queue System; B. The Internet Visits Booking System With A Mobile Application With 4Th A2c Maturity Level, A2b. The Order Of The Contract Includes In Particular: A. Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of The Necessary Hardware Infrastructure Of The System; B. Delivery, Configuration And Launch Of The Necessary Queue System Software; C. Launch Of Internet Reservation; D. Launching The Mobile Application; E. Launching The Entire System; F. Training Of System Users And Administrators - Min. 7 People; G. Granting An Indefinite License For The Queue System; H. Providing As -Built Documentation; I. Provision Of Warranty Services And Technical Support Of The System; J. All Devices After Completing The Order Will Be The Property Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 2 To Swz, Which Specifies The Minimum Required Qualitative And Technical/Functional Parameters, Which Must Be Met By The Subject Of The Contract Provided By The Contractor. The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Minimum Requirements Or With Higher Parameters. 4. Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order And Guarantee Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 24 Months. The Warranty Period Begins Its Run From The Day Of Final Delivery. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. The Method Of Assessing Offers In This Criterion Was Described In Part 18Th Swz. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Contracting Authority Under The Warranty For Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period, Determined On The Basis Of The Contractors Offer (Within The Ridges Described Above), But Not Shorter Than The Warranty Period Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 6. Equivalent Solutions: 1) Trademarks, Own Names, Etc. Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (If They Appeared) - Are Only A Qualitative Model Regarding The Subject Of The Contract. 2) Where The Employer Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2) And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Indicates That It Allows Equivalent Solutions Described, And Such As Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 3) In The Absence Of Polish Standards Transferring European Standards, The Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transferring European Standards And Norms, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In
