Tenders Are Invited For Providing Service In The Field Of Public Public Transport In The City Of Zgorzelec

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Public Public Transport Services In The City Of Zgorzelec, On Business Days, Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays. The Service Will Be Implemented On Three Communication Lines, Using A Bus Rolling Stock, Referred To In Para. 6 Of This Chapter. The Detailed Course Of Individual Communication Lines Was Included In The Timetable Attachment, Which Is An Integral Part Of Annex 6 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Introduce Changes To Timetables At The Level Of +/- 5% Of The Length Of Routes Resulting From The Abovementioned Attachment. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree With The Employer Rules For The Use Of Communication Stops, Which Is Owned By The Contracting Authority Or Manager, And Pay Fees In Accordance With The Applicable Resolution No. 199/2012 Of The Zgorzelec City Council Of 24 April 2012 On Determining The Rate Of The Fee For The Use Of The Fee For The Use By The Operator And The Carrier From The Communication Stops, Which Is The Owner Or Managing The Municipality Of Zgorzelec, Along With Changes To This Resolution. (Taking Into Account Any Changes To This Legal Act During The Provision Of The Service). 2. The Approximate Volume Of Transport Work, During The Performance Of The Order, Is 40,180.00 Woom Kilometers (Wzkm) In Total For Three Lines Referred To In Para. 1 Of This Chapter, With The Contracting Authority Ensures That It Will Enable The Contractor To Perform A Service Of Not Less Than 80% Of The Approximate Size Of The Transport Work Referred To In This Sentence. The Concept Of A Carrier Should Be Understood As A Crossing Of A 1 Kilometer Vehicle Vehicle. 3. Requirements For The Quality Of Services Rendered And The Rules For The Quality Control Of These Services Are Set Out In The Qualitative Standards Attachment, Which Is An Integral Part Of Annex 6 To Swz.4. Revenues Obtained From Charged Transport Fees And Additional Fees Are The Contractors Income. The Above Does Not Apply To Euro-Nysa-Ticket Tickets And The Europa-Miasta Ticket, For Whom The Division Of Sales Revenues Will Take Place In Accordance With The Content Of The Agreement With Zweckverband Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien (Zvon), Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conclude Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract In The Public Procurement. The Project Is An Integral Part Of Annex 6 To Swz. 5. Transport Services Do Not Include Access From The Depot To The Route And Exits From The Route To The Depot And Technical Journeys. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor To Complete This Order Provides A Bus Rolling Stock In An Amount Of 2 (1 Bus With A Total Number Of Places At Least 85 And 1 Bus With A Total Number Of At Least 60) And Meeting The Minimum Technical Parameters Specified In The Attachment Technical Parameters And Bus Equipment, Which Is An Integral Part Of Annex No. 6 To Swz.
