The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Medical Transport Services In The Field Of Transport Understood As The Transport Of Patients (In Particular Transport In A State Of Life Threatening, For Consultations And Diagnostic Examinations, Transferring The Patient To Another Medical Entity) Around The Clock/ 7 Days A Week/ 365 Days A Year By: Medical Transport With A Doctor In And Outside The City, - Listed In Detail In Annex 2.1 (Package No. 1). The Procedure Of The Agreement Constituting Annex 5.1 To Swz Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation And The Provisions Contained Therein Are Treated As The Terms Of The Contract.
