1. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Delivery Of One Light Rescue And Firefighting Car On The 4X4 Drive Chassis For The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Zahutyń. A Built -Up And Equipped Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Privileged Vehicles. 2. The Contracting Authority Requires That All Delivery Elements Be Factory New, Not From All Exhibitions In This Fair, Not From Returns. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of Delivery Be Used For Professional Use. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Together With The Offer Submit A Form Of The Offered Car Parameters Constituting Annex 1 To Swz In Relation To The Minimum Requirements Of The Employer. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 5 To Swz.
