Silicone;- Assembly Of Sedry Belts With Galvanized Steel Sheet Machines And Thermosal Roofing Felt;- Installation Of The Windbreaker With Thermosal Roofing; - Insulation Of The Entrance Vestibule To The Building With Polystyrene Gr 15 Cm;- Cleaning And Thoroughly Building Facades, Wrapping With Adhesive Mortar And Execution Of A Façade Expedition From Silicate Plaster. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Stwiorb), Which Constitute Annex 4 To Swz, As Well As In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Ppu), Which Constitute Annex 3.1 To Swz For Part 1 Of The Order. 4. In The Case Of An Indication In Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities, Swz Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, As Well As Norms, Technical Approvals And Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allow The Offering Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, Which The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Qualitative Model Of The Subject Of The Contract. By The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites. The Contracting Authority, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Qualitative Parameters And Utility Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters.
