1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works For The Development Of The Playground At Ul. Wawelska, For The City Green Board In Krakow. 1.1 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 1.2 The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Consisting In The Selection Of The Contractor For Construction Works For The Development Of The Playground At Ul. Wawelska. The Investment Is Located On Plot No. 9/1, Precinct 5, Nowa Huta Registration Unit In Krakow. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Project Documentation. The Documentation Includes The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Including A Certificate Of Lack Of Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works No. Au-01-7.6743.1773.2022.Am Of August 25, 2022. 1.3 The Order Should Be Done: 1.3.1 Preparatory Work, 1.3.2 Protection Of Trees For The Period Of Performance Of Earthworks, 1.3.3 Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Play Equipment, I.E. Mini Pitch, Integration Carousel, Rocker Car, Rush, Ride, Downhill, Descent, Indicated In The Project Documentation, 1.3.4 Construction Of Safe Surfaces For The Above Devices According To Projektowa, 1.3.5 Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, I.E. A Bicycle Rack With Concrete Cube Surface, 1.3.6 Reclamation Of The Area After Completion Of Work. 1.4 The Ordering Party Informs That The Order In Question Is The Next Stage Of Modernization Of The Playground At Ul. Wawelska And Covers The Above Elements. The Previous Stages Of Modernization Were Implemented In 2023 And 2024.1.5 Area Of Construction Works At The Playground With Borders (Red Intermittent Line) And The Indicated Elements For Implementation (Lines And Background In Blue) As Part Of The Contract, As Part Of The Order Below, The Graphic Attachment 1.6 Works Construction (Called Stwiorb) And In Accordance With The Attached Graphic Attachments.1.7 The Integral Part Of Swz Necessary For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Materials Attached To Swz, And In Particular Design Documentation With Arrangements, Stwiorb, Bonuses, Tables Of Manufactured Elements (Maintenance, Property), Specimen Of Material Approval Card, Templates Protocol Patterns, Guidelines, Equivalence Table And Other Attached As Annex 9 To Swz (1 File In Zip Format). The Contracting Authority Points Out That It Has The Right To Update The Designs During The Proceedings And During The Construction Of The Construction. In Point 5) 7., Swz And Annex 9 To Swz.2. The Contractor Should Complete And Sign The Offer Form With Attachments Or Submit An Offer Corresponding To Their Content, Using A Qualified Electronic
