Detailed Conditions, Scope And Principles Of Performing A Service Covered By The Contract Are Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex No. 9 To Swz), The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 To Swz), As Well As In The Scope Of Individual Industry Supervisors - The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act. 3. Whenever The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Items. Possible Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Terms And Own Names Is Only An Exemplary Character And Serves To Determine The Class And Quality Intended For Building Materials. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Materials Used, If They Are Different, Have Qualitative, Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Project Documentation. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. 6. The Own Names Given In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 And Art. 16 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, And They Are Only Designed To Specify The Qualitative Expectations Of The Employer. 7. In The Event That, When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Referred To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting
