The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building And Land Development Conditions As Well As Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For The Area Of The Nowa Wieś Wielka Commune, In Accordance With Art. 4 Para. 2 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Including: A) 350 Projects Of Decisions On Building Conditions In Order To Determine The Method Of Development Of The Area And Building Conditions For Investments That Are Not Public Purpose Investments, B) 150 Draft Decisions On Building Conditions As In Point Iv.1.A), Re -Religible For Real Estate) Arising After The Geodetic Division Made Within 2 Years From The Date Of Issue Of Building Conditions For Real Estate Before Division, C) 15 Projects Of The Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment, D) 15 Draft Decisions Amending Decisions On Building Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment, E) 2 Draft Decisions On Building Conditions Regarding The Building, Referred To In Art. 29 Para. 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law. The Quantitative Scope Specified Above May Change And Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Employer.
