Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Implementation Of The Integrated It System Of Enterprise Management

3.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply And Implementation Of The System For Management Of Water And Sewage Management Together As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In The Sulejów Commune. The Investment Is Implemented As Part Of The National Program Of The Reconstruction And Increased Resistance Plan. Action: B3.1.1 Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas. 3.2 The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply And Implementation Of The Integrated It System Of Enterprise Management (Hereinafter Referred To As: Zszp) Together With The Integration With The Domain Systems Of The Municipal Municipal Board In Sulejów. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In The Sulejów Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 2. Pre -Transmission Analysis. The Pre -Translational Analysis Is Aimed At Determining All The Functionality Of The Current System In Order To Maintain Them During The Implementation Of The Integrated It System Of Enterprise Management. Carrying Out Pre -Transmission Analysis Is Aimed At Clarifying Key Processes Occurring In The Enterprise, In Terms Of Implementation Of The Integrated It System, In The Scope Of Functional And Modules Offered, In Relation To The Currently Used Functional Range Of The System. The Subject Of The Analysis Is Also To Determine The Requirements For Reporting, Printouts And Reports. 3. Implementation Of The Integrated It System Of Enterprise Management. Proposed To The Employer Software Should Contain At Least The Modules Listed On The Subject Of The Order (Own Names Given By The Contracting Authority; The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Use Their Own Names For Modules, As Long As They Have Minimum Functionalities Of The Modules Indicated By The Contracting Authority In Detail In The Subject Of The Order. Permanent (Garbage) And Additional Services:  Sales Invoices With Items, Maintaining Connections With The Records On The Basis Of Which They Were Created (Readings, Meters, Pickup Points), Which Is To Enable Reverse Reports / Prints And Creating Corrective Invoices With Correctly Described Items Before Correction,  Transfer Of Countries (Archival And Active) Together With A Full History Of Surgery And Documentation (Purchases, Installation, Removal, Repairs, Etc.),  Data Migration Must Include Full Records Of Measuring Devices Structures With Connections Between The Meters (With The Maintenance, Subordinate, Intermediary, Etc.) And Connections Of The Meters With Recipients,  Tariffs, Tariff Groups,  Sales Registers, Service Dictionary, Price Lodging B) Other:- Database Contractors, Dictionaries Of Cities, Streets, Groups Of Divisions. 5. The Contractor Will Ensure The Migration Of All Data And Connections From The Currently Functioning Systems Of The Ordering Party In The Above Scope. 6. Users
