The Contracting Of The Lease Service Of Two (2) Hopper Trucks Included 2 Operators Is Requested For A Period Of Fifteen (15) Business Days, With The Aim Of Strengthening And Complementing The Operational Work Of The Municipal Fleet. This Measure Responds To The High Demand For Work That The Municipal Team Currently Faces, A Situation That Has Generated The Need To Have Additional Logistic Support To Ensure Continuity, Efficiency And Opportunity In The Execution Of The Assigned Tasks. The Lease Of These Vehicles Will Allow Maintaining The Operability Of Services Without Affecting The Deadlines Or Quality Of Community Care. It Should Be Noted That The Main Work To Be Done Will Be The Voluminous Material Transport, Which The Municipality Is Currently Discharged By The Authorized Sanitary, Corresponding Is That Of Cordillera Spa, Located In San Pedro De Quillota. The Contractor Must Ensure That Transport And Discharge Is Carried Out In Accordance With Current Regulations And In Coordination With The Municipality, Providing All The Required Documentation To Support Weighing, Such As Dispatch Guides, Discharge Vouchers Or Other Means Of Verification Requested By The Corresponding Technical Unit. Any Additional Cost Derived From Deviations, Operational Errors, Unauthorized Overload Or Breach Of Procedures By The Contractor Will Be Its Exclusive Responsibility And Will Not Be Covered By The Municipality. The Bidders Must Present Their Economic Proposal Expressed In A Net Unit Value Per Daily Lease, Considering Two Hopper Trucks. This Offer Must Include The Total And Definitive Price That The Contractor Will Charge For The Provision Of The Service During Each Day. It Should Be Noted That At Least 04 Daily Trips (Per Hopper). It Will Be Understood That, When Presenting The Offer, The Contractor Assumes All The Risks And Imponderables That Can Generate Greater Costs, Whatever Its Origin, Nature Or Origin, Without The Right To Readjustments Or Subsequent Modifications. The Value Offered Must Include, Expressly And Without Exception, All Costs Associated With The Provision Of The Service, Such As Personnel Remuneration, Legal Impositions, Guarantees Costs, Fuel, Maintenance And Operation Of Vehicles, As Well As Any Other Expense, Whether Direct Or Indirect, Necessary For The Correct Fulfillment Of The Contract.
