Social Work And Related Services- Ludwigslust-Parchim District- Debtor And Consumer Solvency Advice In Parchim. The Aim Is To Ensure The Debtor And Consumer Insolvency Counseling. The Debtor And Consumer Solvency Counseling Includes The Consultations And Help From Recognized Debt And Consumer Solvency Advice Centers For Families And Individuals With Security Problems Or Over-Indebtedness Problems Including Preparation For Consumer Solvents And An Exemption From Residual Debt. This Includes Suitable Financial And Social Pedagogical Advice And The Determination Of The Necessary Further Advice And Social Aid As Well As Measures In Connection With Consumer Insolvency Advice. The Services Must Meet At Least All Requirements From The Guideline For Financing And Transparency In Free Welfare In The District Of Ludwigslust-Parchim (District Council Decision Of 19.03.2025) And Appendix 1 Of The Directive. Offers That Do Not Secure The Guarantee Of An Own Contribution In Accordance With Section 6 (4) Of The Directive Are Also Approved. As The Main Location Of The Service Provision, Parchim Must Be Set Up, With The Corresponding Parties Crivitz, Sternberg, Goldberg And Plau Am See. The Client Points Out That The Financing On Which The Award Procedure Is Based Is Also Carried Out By Funds From The State Of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania After The Welfare Financing And Transparency Law (Woftg M-V).
