Energy-Management Services-Providing Energy Services To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Kindergarten Medveščak Kindergarten, Voćarska 69, Zagreb As Part Of The Project Energy Renovation Of The Public Sector Building Energy Services. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Provision Of Energy Services To The Client (User) By The Energy Service Provider (Selected Bidder, Further In The Text: Provider) For The Purpose Of Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building, Which Involves Achieving And Maintaining A Guaranteed Energy Efficiency Level, That Is, The Guaranteed Savings Of Energy On Which The Provider Obliges His Bid (Further). Annex (Annex 2 - Reference Values) Of This Procurement Documentation, In Accordance With The Terms Of This Procurement Documentation. The Energy Service Provider Guarantees That He Will Achieve His Own Investments And During The Contractual Period, To Maintain A Guaranteed Level Of Improvement Of Energy Properties (Energy Efficiency) Of The Building Compared To The Reference State Before The Initiation Of This Public Procurement Procedure, And The Client (User) Will Pay A Fee For Energy Service During The Contractual Period Based On A Guaranteed Level Of Energy Efficiency On Energy Costs And With Energy Associated Costs. The Energy Service Consists Of The Implementation Of The Following Measures: - Design - Drafting Of Project Documentation (Project) To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Building, - Energy Renovation - Construction For The Purpose Of Implementing Energy Efficiency Measures In Accordance With The Project, - Professional Construction Control - Monitoring Of Construction In Relation To The Construction Compliance With The Project, The Law On Construction, Energy Regulations - Implementation Of Energy Inspection And Issuing An Energy Certificate After The Energy Renovation Of The Building Has Been Carried Out, - Monitoring - Monitoring Of Energy Efficiency Measures, Monitoring Energy And Water Consumption, Monitoring The Conditions Of Use (If The Bidder Has Committed To Monitoring The Conditions Of Use), And To Maintain Epc Assets In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. In Order To Eliminate Any Doubt, It Is Explained That The Subject Of Procurement Is Not Works And Services In Construction, Nor Delivery Of Goods, But The Subject Of Procurement Of Energy Services For The Energy Renovation Of The Building On The Basis Of A Long -Standing Procurement Agreement (An Energy Effect Agreement) In Which The Energy Service Provider, In The Role Of Investor, Invests Its Own Assets Contracts. More Detailed Clarification Of The Services In Question, The Terms Used, The Conditions And The Manner Of Executing The Service In Question Is Stated In The Contract Form. The Contract Form Is In Annex (Annex 4 - Energy Effect Agreement) Of This Procurement Documentation. With The Execution Of The Services In Question, The Provider Undertakes To Achieve The Guaranteed Level Of Eneregts Efficiency Of The Building On Which He Has Committed His Offer, Or The Annual Reduction Of The Energy Need For The Energy Of The Energys Need For The Reference Values Stated (Annex 2 - Annex 2 - Reference Values) Of This Documentation, With The Compliance Of All Terms Stated In This Documentation, During The Contractual Period.
