The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractors Implementation Of Key Tasks Under The Project Entitled Support For The Development Of Public E-Services In The Local Government Of The Poznań Metropolis-The Komorniki Commune. 2. For The Works Referred To In Para. 1 Consists Of The Following Tasks: 1) Modernization Of The System Of Electronic Public Services In The Scope Of: A) Communication Interface For Recipients Of E-Services, Including Mobile Application, B) A Domain System In The Area Of Local Taxes, C) A Domain System For Managing And Performing Fees, D) Electronic Document Circulation System (Document Management And Correspondence), E) System Providing Information On The Budget And Organizing The System Implementation Financial And Accounting, 2) Adaptation Of The Current Working Environment To The Modernized Electronic Public Services System In The Scope Of: A) The Reporting And Innovative System, B) Hr And Payroll System, 3) Training For Employees In The Field Of: A) The Modernized System Of Electronic Public Services, B) Cyber Security Closely Related To Modernized Systems And Newly Implemented Systems, 3. Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Preparation Of The Implementation Of The Software And The Functionality Indicated In Para. 2 Point 1, 2) Supply And Installation Of Software; 3) Software Configuration And Functionality Indicated In Para. 2 Point 1; 4) Integration Of Provided Solutions With The Employers Software And Central Software; 5) Providing The Required Licenses Or Transferring Copyright To The Software That Make Up The Whole Solution Provided; 6) Transfer Of Post -Industrial Documentation; 7) Execution Of Data Migration And Configuration Of The E-Service System For The New Version Of The Database Necessary For The Production Implementation Of The Supplied Software, Provided That The Order Is Provided For In The Scope Of The Order [Scope For Decisions Depending On The Needs Of The Solution Provided]; 8) Conducting Tests In The Field Of Implemented Software; 9) Launching The Production Of Supplied Software And Carrying Out Its Stabilization; 10) Conducting Trainings Relating To Positions In The Field Of Implemented Software; 11) Ensuring The Warranty Service For The Provided Software For 60 Months From The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract; 12) Conducting A Cycle Of Training In The Area Of Cyber Security For The Employees Of The Komorniki Commune Office. 4. Detailed Technical Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract, Indicated In This Paragraph, Are In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex To The Contract. 5. During The Implementation Of The Task, Follow The Principle Do Not Do Serious Damage (Dnsh) Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) No 2020/852 (Regulation On Taxonomy), In Particular - Issues Related To Energy Saving, Environmentality And Quality When Purchasing Lasting Funds And The Value Of Indignation Should Be Taken Into Account.
