In Order To Ensure An Efficient And Standardized Resistance Determination, Quality, Functionality And Compatibility Are Required With Existing Laboratory Equipment. The Products In This Agreement Are Crucial For Monitoring Antimicrobial Resistance And Forming An Important Basis For The Choice Of Antibiotic Treatment. In Addition, They Form The Basis For Clinical Decisions Of Antibiotic Treatment Of Patients. The Framework Agreement Ensures Access To Quality Products With The Necessary Functionality And Compatibility, While Facilitating Effective Ordering Routines And Stable Supply. The Contract Will Be Entered Into As A Framework Agreement With One Or More Suppliers Per Sub -Area (Product Group), Depending On The Tender Situation And The Result Of The Evaluation. The Offers Will Be Evaluated Per Sub -Area (A - D), And The Client Will Allocate Contract To The Best Relationship Or Suppliers That Offer The Best Relationship Between Price And Quality In Each Part In The Case.
