1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Buildings Of The Main Railway Station, Managed By Urbitor Sp. Z O.O. This Order Does Not Include Electricity Distribution Services. The Estimated Electricity Demand In The Period From 01/01/2026 To 31/12/2026 Is 300,000 Kwh. The Contractor, Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted, Will Be Obliged To Notify The Osd And Employer Contract For The Sales Of Electricity In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Condition For Starting Electricity Supply At The Indicated Collection Point Is The Positive Conduct Of The Procedure For Changing The Seller And The Recipients Possession Of A Valid Contract For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz. Other Terms Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement - Annex 2 To Swz.
