The Offered Equipment Must Fully Meet All The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specifications (Annex No. 1) Of The Public Procurement Document. A Participant Who Has Offered An Apparatus That Does Not Meet Any Of The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specifications Will Be Removed From Participation.
