The Subject Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training And To Provide A Warranty Period During Which It Will Guarantee The Proper Equipment And Will Eliminate All Defects That Have Arisen At Its Own Expense Of The Apparatus In All Positions. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Positions: Pos. 1. Delivery Of A Subcritical Extraction System With A Volume Of 2 L - 1 Pc. Pos.2. Delivery Of Rotary Vacuum Evaporator - 1 Pc. Pos. 3. Delivery Of The Keldal Distillation Apparatus With Included Thermostat For Burning Samples And Scrubber - 1 Pc. Pos. 4. Delivery Of Semi -Automatic Extractor - 1 Pc. Pos. 5. Delivery Of Laboratory Autoclave - 1 Pc. Pos. 6. Delivery Of A Double -Piping Spectrophotometer With Software - 1 Pc. Elevated Positions No. 5 And 6 Shall Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Determined As A Residual Value According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act And Is In The Amount Of Bgn 106 758,34 Excluding Vat. Afforts Shall Be Submitted Only For Lots 1, 2, 3 And 4 And The Requirements Specified In This Documentation To The Procedure Relate To Them.
