Personal Flotation Device – Cadet Vest . The Directorate Of Soldier Systems Program Management, On Behalf Of The Canadian Armed Forces, Requires That A Re-Solicitation Be Raised For The Procurement Of Personal Flotation Devices (Pfd) To Be Used By Cadets And Instructors During On-Water Activities. This Procurement Will Consist Of Three Firm Years Estimated Quantity Of 9600 Units And A 5 Year As And When Optional Component Period For Up To An Additional 4000 Units. Deliverables Are To Commence In The 2025 Fiscal Year To Edmonton And Montreal.
