The Scope Of Services For Workplace Investigation Includes Preparing Detailed Reports With Findings And Recommendations, Where Applicable, And Providing Aftercare Support For All Parties Involved. The Scope Of Services For Mediation Includes Acting As A Neutral Third Party To Support Disputing Parties Identify The Issues And Root Causes Of The Dispute, Explore Resolution Options, And Facilitate The Outcome Of A Mutually Acceptable Agreement.
