On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1289, As Amended), 2) General Features Of The Subject Of The Contract In Part Ii: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Applies To Delivery To Schools And Bringing From Schools To The Place Of Residence Of Disabled Students Together With Ensuring Safety And Hygiene Conditions While Getting On, Extinguishing And Traveling. According To The Information Held Today, The Delivery And The Return Will Include 41 Disabled Children. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Children Brought To Special Schools, In Situations Independent Of The Contracting Authority, Which Is Currently Not Knowledgeable. In This Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That A Smaller Or Larger Number Of Children Is Delivered Than Given Above. If The Children Need To Be Delivered, During The Implementation Of The Order, To Another School, The Number Of Kilometers (Length Of The Route) Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority And The Service Contractor, At The Price Indicated By The Contractor In Its Offer. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Care For Students During The Delivery And On The Way Back And Maintain Special Safety During The Transport Of Students. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Principle That Children Cannot Be Undergoing Unattended Transport Should Be Observed. Vehicles Must Be Adapted To The Number Of Children Transported. The Entity Performing The Contract Is Fully Responsible For Providing Care For Children And Adolescents During Delivery And Transport.
