Trolleybuses-Supply Of Electric Trolleybuses Within The Project Ensuring An Ecological Local Public Transport Through The Purchase Of Non-Polluting Trolleybuses-Smis Code 341068, Funded By The West Regional Program 2021-2027. Based On The Contract Will Be Provided 10 New Electrical Trolleybuses, With A Low Floor, A Capacity Of At Least 80 Passengers (Of Which Minimum 30 On Chairs), With A Length Of 12 Meters, Within The Project Ensuring An Ecological Local Public Transport By The Purchase Of Non-Polluting Trolleybuses-Smis Code 341068, Financed Through The Regional West Program 2021-2027, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Documentation. The Trolleybuses Will Be New, With The Floor Down (Fully Lowered Floor), Facilities For Unlimited Access Of People With Reduced Mobility (Ramp-Kneeling), Without Floor, Body, Intended For Urban Passenger Transport According To Regulation (Eu) Gsr 2019/2144 On Requirements For The Type Approval Of Vehicles, The Components And Separate Technical Units For Such Vehicles, In Terms Of Their General Safety And The Protection Of The Occupants Of The Vehicle And Of The Vulnerable Users Of The Roads; Directive (Eu) 2019/1161 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 20 June 2019 Amending Directive 2009/33/Ec On Promoting Non -Polluting And Energy Efficient Vehicles; Law No. 92/2007 Of The Local Public Transport Services, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, Operated By Electric Motors In Alternative Current Fueled By Electronic Power Converters, With Control, Control, Parameterization And Diagnosis With Microprocessor, With Recovery And Storage Of Energy At Braking And/Or Loading During Walking And With A Maximum Speed Of 70 Km/Hm. To A Value Established By The Beneficiary, Intended For The Urban Transport Of Passengers.
