The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Organization And Technical Service Of Three -Day Working Workshops Of The Beneficiarys Team As Part Of The Task Entitled Development, Implementation And Dissemination Of The System For Electronic Documentation Management In Public Entities, Implemented By A Scientific And Academic Computer Network - A State Research Institute, Hereinafter Referred To As Workshops. The Workshops Will Be Attended By 80 To A Maximum Of 100 People, With The Proviso That The Final Number Of Workshop Participants Will Be Given The Contractor No Later Than 3 Working Days Ahead Of The Workshop. Location: The Place Of Organization Of Workshops And Related Services Should Be Located In The Facility Or Center Intended For The Provision Of Conference, Training And Gastronomic Services, Along With Accommodation And Recreational Infrastructure, Located At A Distance Of Up To 130 Km In A Straight Line From Łukowska 2 In Białystok Or Up To 100 Km In A Straight Line From Kolsk 2 In Warsaw, Excluding Cities Above 50,000, Excluding Cities Above 50,000 Residents. The Distance Calculated In A Straight Line Using The Measure Distance Function In Google Maps 2. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract-October 1-3 2025. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Negotiations To Improve The Content Of Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice. 5. The Method Of Evaluation Of Offers: The Contracting Authority, When Choosing The Best Offer From Among Offers Not Rejected, Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice, Will Be Guided By The Criterion For Evaluation Of The Price And Its Meaning Offers And Will Evaluate Offers Under This Criterion. The Contracting Authority Will Award An Contractor, Whose Offer Will Get The Highest Number Of Points. 6. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of The Council Regulation (Eu) No 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Regarding Funds In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, Amended By Regulation 2022/57, Hereinafter Referred To As Regulation 833/2014, It Is Prohibited Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, Referred To In Art. 5K Of This Regulation If There Are Over 10 % Of The Order Value.
